All purchases made through Kharity are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products.

In the rare event that you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit item, please contact info@kharity.com within a week of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
