Our mission at Kharity is Shopping with a Purpose, Shopping for a Cause. We believe what you wear should mean something — whether that’s your city, your team, your humor, or your cause.

We’re a small-town crew based in Nebraska, proud of where we come from and passionate about making high-quality custom embroidered hats that help people express themselves. What started in 2013 as a personal mission to create hats we actually wanted to wear, quickly turned into a go-to shop for custom employee gifts, online fundraisers, and one-of-a-kind caps that start conversations.

Our flagship Caps for a Cause program enables anyone to launch a free online fundraiser or unite their employees at a local volunteering event.

Our founder, Mark O’Brien, has spent his career helping people and brands stand out. With 500+ clients at his digital marketing agency, over 500,000 students in his online courses, and multiple eCommerce and startup exits, Mark brings big-picture thinking to every stitch.
